The need

The original hosted site limited the structure, publishing workflow, and long-term ownership needed for a growing regional resource spanning seven counties and many public topics.

The publishing system

The site was rebuilt as a responsive custom publishing system with clear regional information architecture, a private structured editor, and protected audience workflows.

Regional directory

Publishing built around place.

Visitors read published regional content across stable public routes. A private single-administrator workspace manages drafts, structured publishing, images, inquiries, and search metadata while protected forms connect to consented email workflows.
