Brokerage production and commission information lived in a familiar spreadsheet workflow, but leadership needed a clearer way to review office performance, agent records, and data-quality exceptions without replacing the authoritative source.
The dashboard adds a private, responsive operations layer over the office’s existing process. It organizes production and recorded compensation while keeping the source Google Sheet read-only and authoritative.
